Happy Birthday Sweet November

This week at All That Scraps the challenge is "Happy Birthday" in honor of Sweet November Stamps being 1 year old.

Cozy Winter Nights

The challenge at Belles 'N Whistles is "Cozy Winter Nights". It might not be winter yet but the days and nights sure are getting colder. The colder weather brings thought of snuggling up under cozy blankets to keep warm. Thus this new challenge to use something cozy on our cards. Examples of cozy items are: fun flock, felt, felt, flower soft and etc. I used a piece of velvet background paper as my cozy element.

Black & White Christmas

This weeks challenge over at Karen's Doodles is "Black & White Christmas". Coloring of the image is allowed but all papers and embellishments MUST be Black & White.

Back from my Break!

I took a short break this past week. I didn't create anything I just took some time to spend with my husband and grandson. I didn't even enter any challenges! Anything Goes

"Anything Goes" is the new challenge over at Doodle Dragon Studio. You can make a card, layout, treat container, anything you can imagine. The only rule is that you use a Doodle Dragon Studio image. I pulled out my zoo collection for this challenge. I Thought one last trip would be fun before we start with the snowflakes and the winter holidays!

Give Thanks

The challenge this week over at Karen's Doodles is "Give Thanks". This can be a Thanksgiving, a thank you card or whatever you are thankful for; the decision is all yours!

All Hallow's Eve

The current challenge over at Doodle Dragon Studio's is to make "anything" for Halloween! I find making Halloween cards so much fun that I have a ton of Halloween cards!!! This is going to be the last Halloween card I make for this year. Time to put all these fun stamps away and get working on some cards for the next Holiday!

This weeks challenge over at Karen's Doodles is "All Sewn Up"! That means you can use real stitching (either on a machine or by hand) or faux stitching. And of course you will need to use a Karen's Doodle. You can even get a FREE digital image to enter the challenge!

Magnets

This week over at All That Scraps their challenge is to make a magnet. There are no rules so long as it is a magnet. I used my Fall Hansel and layered him on some card stock then sent the entire project through my Xyron loaded with magnet strip. Once that was complete I trimmed the edges and I had a magnet!

Distressing Again

This week we are "Distressing" with Karen's Doodles. This time I've used Tim Holtz Distress Ink in "tea dye" for the image. For the edges of the papers I used the Stampin' Up distressing tool and coordinating ink colors.

Autumn has Arrived

It appears as if Autumn has finally arrived here in Pennsylvania. Out nights are getting fairly chilly and last night we had a light frost.

I'd like to share this card I made recently after learning this new thechnique from a friend at the Stamp Express.

Blowing in the Wind

The last few days have been particularly windy here and I feel like I've been blowing around in that wind. I've been so busy the working on organizing the 600+ cards we received for our Operation Write Home drive. Needless to say, I didn't get anything else done but that the last few days, that is why I didn't get to post anything yesterday.

Fall Decorations

Fall Decorations is the challenge this week over at All That Scraps. I created this lollipop garden a week or two ago to use as a Halloween decoration and how perfect it is to enter in this challenge.

A Little Distressed

Their is a little distressing going on over at The Greeting Farms Club Anya & Friends this week. There are lots of tools out there to distress. I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks for distressing with inks. This time I even used the Distress Inks to color my image!
