I'm back this week with another Mystery Monday Challenge from The Greeting Farm. Their is no mystery that they are casing another card and now that Monday is here it is no longer a mystery whose card they have chosen! Tootin About Pleats & Ruffles

Not too long ago I did another challenge with "Pleats & Ruffles". This week we are playing along with The Greeting Farm and Club Anya & Friends Whatcha Tootin' About. Last time I ruffled my ribbon so this time I pleated my ribbon. For me the decision to either pleat or ruffles depends on the ribbon I am using. The lighter ribbons ruffle nicely while the heavier ribbons do not and you need to pleat those.
